Problem for AB Editors & Techie Team
10 Answers
Have you noticed how the page formatting is being disrupted by overlong usernames?
Because the width of the avatar/name column has not been fixed, the names are not truncated or forced to wordwrap when they ate longer than normal. At first they encroach on the small 'answer' A logo which is reduced to a slim ghost. Next, the entire page of question summaries is forced right until the end of every line disappears behind the adverts on the right rendering many of them unreadable.
May I suggest the Techies have a look at this with a view to adding it to their 'To-Do' list for next Christmas.
PS I am ising IE 7 and Vista
