my brother was on an internet chatroom, hes into emo and grunge/ gothic stuff whatever it is, he called me over lastnight when he was on computer with his mate , two of them were laughing at some guy from france masterbating on their web cam in their chat room, although the site is for grown ups ive just read their site rules/ conditions can this guy be prosecuted? the website emochatcity is based in the states. i said i was going to report this perv but was told to get a grip.my kid bro has just turned 17 he looks younger so im angered by this kind of behavior , the guy masterbating was about 30 ish but doesnt excuse him , he wasnt asked to do it as i was sitting in same room in house when they were on computer. any body got younger kids or family need to be very carefull what they let them watch online! this site looks innocent enough but obviously peedos and pervs can get in anywhere so beware.

most chat rooms have moderators watching, but of course they cant see cams. But you should be able to report abuse immediately and perhaps take screen shots as evidence.

It should be reported to the site owners and also to CEOP in the UK. Many younger people are emo's / goths and they are entitled not to have pervs perving on their cyberspace.
