any apps to help tweak/remove useless stuff on my phone?

i have a samsng i600
and these are things that were pre-installed and dont have a remove function when clicked on.
it has loads of stuff on it that i dont want an id like to remove them...such as podcast, rss reader, d-day function etc
there is alos something called 'volatile' on it...can i delete this?

can they be removed? i
