Why no avatar?

OK so I went to gravatar registered with the same email address as I use on AB selected my avatar,
went to my profile clicked on the avatar box and clicked submit then Nuffin, Zippo, I have still got the jelly men. Wots Appening Ere? (when you register on gravatar does your user name have to be the same as on AB cos mine was taken?)

The only thing which matters between Us and Gravatar is the email address.

What did you rate your image? G is the only acceptable level.

Did you activate your avatar and click submit in "My profile" > "Edit user"?

Yes ED rated it "G" did all the my profile bit but have just noticed AB seems to have added -11311 after my email address in my profile, could this be the reason?
