Now I've got my Avatar, how do I change it ?

My question is above - how do I change my Avatar ? Tried deleting the one I don't want from Gravatar and uploading a new one but it doesn't seem to work !!
Any offers ?

go to gravatar, click the "add new image"
upload image
hit "crop and submit"
hit "g"
click on avatar and hit "confirm"

come on to ab- press ctrl-f5

you don't need to delete the old one........just upload a new one and leave the old one stoed there.

Sorry to all who responded - it doesn't seem to work ! Tried everything, just cannot change image.Any ideas what I'm doing wrong ?

i had to delete my temporary files in internet options,fbg. tried pressing ctrl f5 as people suggested but it didn't work.
