AB Ed - Sorry to mention this again, but it is so frustrating not being able to accesss the 'next page' & read all the answers, along with all the other problems on AB. Why is it taking so long?

Forgive me if you've done this already smudge, but have you contacted the Techies directly?

I find them to have bags of patience, very clever, and very quick to sort out annoying problems. (It won't  harm me by doing a bit of crawling, either :-D)

Cetti - apart from posting on here, I have e-mailed AB Ed, who said the Tech's are looking into it......! How can I contact the Tech's directly? Do you mean by phone? I thought we had to mail AB Ed & he followed it up with them. Look forward to your reply - thank you.

Ok smudge, I'm sure you must have done this, but I'll tell you what has worked for me (so far!).

On the Contact Us bit at the bottom of the page the first click shows Editor, the second click will reveal Technical Editor/Staff (I can't remember the exact word), but this is the word that you need as the Editor, lovely as he is, will just hand it on to the Techies thus keep you waiting even longer.

See how you go. After you've written, give it a couple of days not counting the weekend - then all should be well.

I've just checked again - on Contact Us, there is  Editor, Technical and Sales........select Technical....Good Luck!!

noddy - I'm glad I'm not on my own with this one. I've been dying to look up the 20+ answers to some good questions, but all to no avail. -x-

Cetti - Although I know my way around most of the site, I'd never noticed the drop down list for the Editor, Sales or Technical Team before. I've just e-mailed the Tech team, so will keep you posted. Cheers!
