I wonder if he is referring to Questions I Have Answered. These appear in chronological date from the date they were asked rather than the chronological order in which i answered them.

I'd quite like that too, searching for something I answered last night shows the Q was asked much earlier that I thought. I don't find the search facility particularly useful for that function but perhaps I need to hone my search skills.
