Our sincerest apologies for this problem, which was a result of the recent switchover to the new-look site. I have been assured that it has now been sorted out.

Lora, I too have recently had this problem, try deleting your old internet files, unless you have a reason not to.

Click Tools on your browser, Internet Options, delete files (next to delete Cookies) middle of page.

It cleared my bug. Good luck.
