Should the Ed take action against those who are encouraging and supporting banned members to infiltrate the site.
He's made his position quite clear on a number of occasions, maybe it's time to get the message across with a bit more force.

My thoughts in response to the suspension of Cheekymonkey today are equally relevant here.

I didn't see most of last night's thread- if it turned nasty then suspension was of course right, but if suspension is automatic even if the threads are inoccuous then I think it may may not help in the long run.
These people seem to have plenty of old user IDs they can reactivate, so it just becomes a game of cat and mouse.

Doesn't matter if he's done nothing wrong when he returned sara. The fact is that he was banned previously for doing something wrong, so became perma banned.
I'm really struggling to see why folks are having dificulty accepting this. Whether you agree over his original banning in the first place is irrelevant. He is, so therefore he continues to be banned, no matter how nice he is each time he manages to burrow under the barbed wire.
