"Preview" function

Assuming this may not have been discussed before, how easy would it be to impliment a "preview post" function before submitting ?
The reason I suggest this is to give posters the option to review what they are about to post before submitting.
That way, it might give hot-headed posters (and I include myself in that) an "are you sure you really want to post that" moment.

If you view the (vastly outdated) 'Tutorial' page you will encounter instructions on how to use a number of now defunct functions (Preview, HTML Tags, Rate this Answer, etc., etc.)

Aberrant - not quite what I meant. My idea is that there is a *compulsory* preview of a person's post before they then hit "submit".
For example, there is a 'Preview' button at the bottom of the post box which then turns into a 'Submit' button - maybe with a minimum "thinking time" of 10 seconds before it allows the poster to actually submit.
