I have just seen the note on the home page about the change.  Is this recent?  I must say I hadn't looked at the home page for a while.

Can't say I'd noticed it either FP - I shall take a look though.

Good luck New Ed (you may need it) ;-)

Hopefully, the new editor will be more user friendly.  Good luck to him/her, anyway.

Good luck new AB Ed.

New AB Ed - I do hope you can sort out the imposters & users who change their names on a whim.

They not only cause problems, but detract from the inital question. Thank you.

I would like to ask the AB why the Ed. has changed.  Did he resign?  Was he sacked?

Let's hope we get more consistent editing from now on.  Nobody objects to Site Rules and regulations, but they should apply to all postings and not just be at random at the whim of the editor/s.  This was a good site and served a useful purpose but has deteriorated due to bad management.  I hope the site can start to improve again.
I hadn't noticed either but I'd like to  wish the new Ed all the very best in his/her new job....
Hi new ED.Hope youve got a new broom to sweep out the old rubbish!! Lets have a spring clean and get rid of the imposters with near identical names.Good luck.PS can we have a new rule that states we have to keep our user name for at least 6 months and you cant copy or use more than one name in that period. Thanks.
(hangs head, shuffles feet) I think I may have referred to new ed as"the office boy" (sneaks off quietly)

What's ironing? :0)

What was I saying the other day about the AB Ed being busy reading the vacancies in the local paper?

In all seriousness I wish the previous AB Ed all the best in the future and hope she is successful in whatever he or she chooses to do. Personally, I do not think it is anyone's business why the AB Ed left and we should leave it at that.

May I wish the new AB Ed good luck and give him or her time to consider what has been happening.

Are we allowed to know if the new AB Ed is male or female? I'm not bothered which it is but it saves a "he or she" and "him or her" that's all

Are you trying to pull the editor?

yawn......
