As there is a film out, I thought I would read the Trilogy. Loved the first two books - exciting, very likeable heroine and hero, action-packed and well written. The third, I have just finished reading it and I am very disappointed. I ignored the reviews on Amazon - but mostly they are what I agree with now. The ending ruined the whole trilogy for me. There was no need for it.
...I agree that the ending was a bit rushed and illogical and not that amazing compared to the first two books but the ending is most of the time the "worst" part since it's really hard to live up to fan expectations and stuff. So it's very stressful as an author to write as well.
But I do agree that a bad ending can ruin everything.
