I fear I'd be unable to read the works of Lord Barg of Sinus without constantly reaching for the tissues.

To blow my nose you manky lot!

As always Douglas, an entertaining answer (atchoo!) ;-)
Have read most of them and they are excellent especially The Maid of Buttermere. Many of them need to be read in order of publication. Enjoy!

Birdfeeder - thank you for that information! Much appreciated.
I've read quite a few of his books. Most tend to be set in Cumbria. One of his books, The Nerve, was set in London. His books are ok, nothing startling or sensational but light reading.
You'll quite often see his books in a charity shop, Try one. You may like his work.
