Publishing Date Of An Antique Book

I found an old book today titled The parents Book - Answers to Children's Questions. It was printed by Ballantyne Hanson & Co and is hardcover, 732 pages.
There is a stamp in the book that says it was rebound in 1932. I cannot find the actual published date though.
Is there anywhere or anyone that might be able to help establish the published date or as near as possible.
I have tried Abe without results.

Unfortunately I think whoever rebound the used that page to glue the book to the the cover. The spine has also been redone and there is no author mentioned.
