I am halfway through the "Gabriel Hounds" and are enjoying it immensely.
I am familiar with her Arthurian books, but can anybody recommend any others ?

Can't remember any in particular but I devoured them, one after another.
If you are interested, another author comes to mind: Susan Howatch. Five of her books, Penmarric, Cashelmara, The Wheel of Fortune, The Rich are Different and The Sins of the Fathers are amazing good reads. She takes historical themes and people, Anthony, Cleopatra and Caesar, Edward I II and III, the Plantagenets, Henry II and Eleanor of Aquitaine, Richard and John, and sets them in Victorian times, in Wales, Ireland, Cornwall. Can't recommend them enough.
(Ignore her later work. She got religion and forgot how to tell a story.)
