That’d be my angle if I were defence counsel.
The recent 3 part programme on the BBC showed how all who were used by him were scared and numbed in equal measure.
It’ll maybe get some mileage in the press but again, one might question why she’s making the allegation now?

> Despite previously describing him as a "rich, older boyfriend", she now insists she was one of his numerous sexual victims.
Giuffre could claim that she was the abused one, being forced to play sex games with somebody who has previously claimed to be Epstein's girlfriend.
The way all these claims work is that consistent evidence/testimony is put forward by numerous people who are unrelated to each other. One person complaining about Giuffre has no chance. Multiple people ... maybe.
What a coincidence that the complaint is made only after Giuffre has come into a considerable sum of money courtesy of Prince Andrew ...

Gromit, //Classic victim blaming and deeply wrong.//
A trendy expression which only works if the alleged 'victims are actually' 'victims'.
//I must object//
Object away, but whilst you're at it perhaps you'll tell us your experiences, as a woman, of being sexually abused. With the possibility of a repeat performance, did you voluntarily return again and again to the company of the abuser?
FatticusInch, I too am always perplexed and deeply puzzled - but by the mindset that expects women to support women regardless of right or wrong. Perhaps what you’re experiencing is, indeed, a male thing.
Both these women knowingly inhabited a world of wealth, excess, indulgence and depravity. Had Guiffre carried out her pledge to have her day in court, saying she was not in it for the money, I’d have been more likely to take her claims seriously - but she didn't. The dollars took precedence. The woman now accusing her was in her early 20s at the time, so not a child, and such was her claimed mortification and discomfort that she continued to return to the scene of the 'crime'. More dollar signs in prospect I suspect.
