Watched the first 6 (of 8) episodes of this Dublin based crime drama over the last two nights and have no problems wehatsoever in giving it the thumbs up to those who appear to have the same tastes as myself when it comes to drama on tv. IMHO, each and every actor fits his/her part superbly and there are many very familiar faces within the cast.

The storyline? I'll let Sue Deeks, Head of BBC Programme Acquisition explain; "Anchored by a tremendous cast, Kin is a powerful and intense story of love, grief, family and crime, and it's ramifications." Couldn't have put it better myself👍

I'm looking forward to it but have a lot of dramas recorded. We've just finished Annika and are now on Shetland.

Watched the last 2 episodes of Series 1 and it just got better and better as it reached the finale.

I read that the BBC have purchased series 2 which, at the moment, is only available on RTE. No mention of when it will be released on iplayer.

We are watching it. Finished with episode 6 tonight. It is brilliant. We loved Love/hate and this feels like a more mature follow on.

Not for me. We watched one episode, got fed up with the  excessive swearing (not a prude) and the plot seemed like something we had watched before. Perhaps we are missing out, but nor sure that we will watch any more.
