Bbc Quiz : Week 46
Good evening, all!
I could only manage a 'passable' score of THREE, out of seven, on the main quiz this week:
https:/
However, even though my mother would certainly not have agreed with it, it seems that I'm actually a perfect kid, as I scored FIVE, out of five, in the junior version!

Your turn!

Nasty neighbour has been resolved by local community police and OH is recovering rapidly, back to walking over a mile when I take the dog out! Onwards and upwards - although I idiotically twisted a ham around the l. sciatic this lunchtime - painful!
Back to the serious stuff - 4/7 for grown-ups (guesses all count, right?!) but 3/5 for the kids. So an aggregate of 7.
Congratulations buenchico - you are winning so far!
Hi, Sam.
I remain "as well as can be expected for an old 'un", thank you 😊
I hope that you're well too!
Well done on beating me in the main quiz!
Bang in the middle with your scores this week, I see, Jourdain2!
It's good to read that things have been getting better in your life and, in particular, that your mobility is now much improved. I look forward to seeing the YouTube videos of you dancing the can-can once again 💃 😊
You're still joint top anyway, Lie-in King!
Good evening, Haras2!
I'm confused by "too busy settling Gobolino in". Surely it's Gobolino who's getting you trained (to cater for his every whim, naturally), rather than the other way around, isn't it? 😺 😊
The Furry Threesome are all fine, thank you, and continuing to drive me potty, as usual. We all hope that you'll have a good week!
Hi, Campbellking!
Thanks for keeping Sandy company!
It's Tablo in this house who goes mad for cheese. (She used to just like Cheddar but she's now happily tucking into Stilton, Danish Blue and Gorgonzola as well!). They all love chicken though, especially if I bring them some freshly-cooked portions from Morrison's rotisserie counter!
I hope that all three of you will have a lovely week!
Good Evening, Chris!
My scores are
4/7 , 3/5
Had really lovely time spending more time with grandpuppy this week who now seems to be more relaxed when around me and we are now enjoying more snuggles. He is lovely with granddaughter too and so gentle.
Looking forward to hearing more news about the latest exploits of Tablo, Moonbeam and Chequers.
Wishing you and the terrific trio a wonderful week ahead :-)
Good evening, Karamia!
I see that you scores are 'bang in the middle' this week. That's a lot better than I can often manage, so well done!
It's good to read that the grandpuppy is more relaxed with you now - although I've never really known any puppy to fully relax; they're far too full of energy!
The Terrific/Troublesome Trio are much the same as ever. When I go to bed, Tablo insists upon coming under the covers and snuggling up next to me (or, more usually, on top of me!). Meanwhile Chequers will spend most of his time at the bottom end of my bed, severely limiting the amount of space that's left for me. (Sooner or later though, he'll decide that he needs a cuddle and come up to the top of the bed). Moonbeam continues to refuse to go anywhere near to his siblings, so he sleeps downstairs. (I've given him a nice comfy bed, which he's currently using, but he never seems to want to sleep in the same place for more than a fortnight or so. He's the strangest cat I've ever known!)
We all hope that you'll have a lovely week!
