BSM or conmen cont...
I decided this instructor wasn't for me - & also I wasn't convinced about my test date! I contacted DSA who told me there are lots of dates before 30th March- so I changed my test! Next I called my local BSM office to tell them & also say about changing instructor - they we're snotty with me but in the end they agreed to change my instructor so as of my next lesson (11th Feb - Today!) I'd have a new instructor! Guess who turns up at my door today - the instructor I'd asked them to change- the atmosphere was terrible - & 'cos I wasn't comfortable I was making stupid mistakes! He didn't say anything apart from - 'you know you don't need an instructor to take your test!' At the end of the lesson he just got out my car and went - HOW RUDE! I just want 2know if anyone has had any experiences with this? And where do I stand with BSM! I think they should at least give me a refund from toady's lesson! They didn't contact me to say it would be the same instructor? It's completely unprofessional?

Stick to local driving instructors that are free lance and work for themselves. Book 1 lesson at a time as well to begin with to make sure they are up to the standard u would expect
ahh, you didn't say there was more to the story!
you can book your own test online within minutes so ignore them
go through your phone book a find a new school - personal recommendation is often best. some will do half price tester lessons
make a complaint and ask for a refund - the worst they can do is say no!
