Does anyone recognise this?
2 Answers
Evening All,
For the last three days I've had the following verse in my head, (started off in a dream and won't go away). I have no idea if the words are right or in the right order, where it's from or where or when I read it.
'My mother said that I never should play with the gipsys in the wood, the wood was dark, the grass was green, down came Sally (Nelly?) with her tambourine)...'
Does anyone recognise this please? It's doing my head in.
Cheers
