i am looking for a book but i dont know the name or author

i read a book years ago and i cant remember the name or author. I remember from the book that it was about a boys private school where a female teacher fell in love with one of her pupils. She fell pregnant and was asked to move away by the boys father. The book was about how both of them could not live without each other and in the end they re united. This is driving me mad if anyone could help i would appreciate it.
