This small town is trying to steal the title "adventure capital of the world" from Auckland, where bungee was born. With mountains, rivers and a national park, it's in with a chance and, as with its Kiwi counterpart, a fantasy novel is being filmed here. Instead of lamb steaks and pinot your'e likely to refuel on sour turnips and liver, or pizza. Name the town.

Could it be Queenstown, New Zealand? This has Fiordland National Park where The Two Towers was filmed. The world's first commercial bungee jump was established there . See link http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bungee_jumping
