The latest book we are readingis the Innocent Man - John Grisham - so far its not a good read!
if it's for a book club try this:
In the Woods by tana French.
it's her debut novel and got very good reviews.
Tess gerritson and Chricton are a bit mass market and Alice Seabold would not be classed as a mystery thriller, though it is an excellent book and defintiely worth a read.
You might also want to try Fingersmith by Sarah Waters, a remarkable author.
Just finished reading Death Du Jour by Kathy Reichs although not a new book I thought this was a really good murder mystery/Thriller. Defiantely worht a read
Karin Slaughter novels all very good
Ian Rankin novels
The Cone Gatherers by Robin Jenkins
Nights Of Rain And Stars by Maeve Binchy
Like Water for Chocolate by Laura Esquivel
