Hi! Can anybody on here give me other authors in the Jill Mansel and Cecilia Ahern league? The name of a good book would be a bonus. I'm looking for a present and these are her favourite authors but would like to stretch her horizons a bit...

Anything by Carole Matthews or Jane Green should go down well. Very similar style to JM and CA.

I have read both Cecelia Ahern and Jill Mansel, and I also love resding Cathy Kelly, Sheila O'Flanagan and Patricia Scanlan. Anything by these 3 is really good.

You could also try Nora Roberts - she has written a huge number of books and has different styles which may interest your friend
