Book about a deaf girl

About a year ago I read a book about a young girl who gets raped by a nobleman. Everybody thinks that the girl is mantally challanged but eventualy they find out that she is only deaf. She gets pregnant and the brother of the nobleman decides to marry her to save his brothers name. They fall in love and live hapilly aver after. I cant remember the title or the author and I want to read it again. Please help!
