Are there any biographies available specifically about the life and career of Henry Tingle Wilde or for that matter Captain Edward J. Smith, William Macmaster Murdoch, Herbert Pitman and Joesph Boxall?
Thanks in advance.

Nice one thanks, Murdoch and Smith should be a good read.
Did you know Wilde hated Titanic? He wrote to his sister when she stopped at Queenstown and said that he "does'nt like this ship" he never said why and it's all the more curious because he knew the Olympic very well and they were basically the same ship.

Not really the same ship though, even if they were sisters and similar in many respects! I don't think anyone who spends time at sea would ever think 2 ships were exactly the same, especially not when it comes to having 'funny feelings' about them. Sailors are notoriously superstitious, though at least Wilde didn't manufacture this one afterwards like a lot of people who claimed to have had strange feelings about her from the start (well, he couldn't have).
I assume you know 2nd Officer Lightoller wrote a book? Not sure about the others, but Boxhall gave a radio interview in 1962. If you go here http://www.encyclopedia-titanica.org/boxhall.h tml you'll find the whole thing.

Thanks Lyristra, yes I have a reproduction copy of "Titanic And Other Ships" I've also read Patrick Stenson's book "Titanic Voyager" on Lightholler.
