Many many years ago I read a novel about a woman somewhere in Colorado who is building a home - perhaps escaping from her past - and encounters a ghost or spirit in the home (a picture of the ghost was in a window on the cover and inside). It was a romance. Very vague I know but if someone could help me that would be just great!

no I dont believe so, but thank you. The book was a little erotic in parts between the lady and the ghost
(spirit). It was a thick softcover.
