Book recommendation needed - travel etiquette

Hi everyone - we thought we'd buy a book for some young friends who are shortly to go travelling across Europe and Asia to places like Russia, China and Vietnam. We though a book that tells them how to behave in different countries - how to not offend the locals as it were (told them to leave their nun costumes at home)! I've found a series of books called Culture Smart, but wondered if anyone could recommend any other book/s that would help them. Obviously they can't carry loads of books, so a handy paperback would do the trick. Many thanks.
