Children's book about a pig who wore clothes

Trying to find the name of a book I had as a child in the 80's. It was about a fairly old-fashioned pig who wore clothes and walked on his back legs. I seem to remember some pages had cut-outs and flaps. There was a page where a house was being burgalled and when you turned the page you could see the burglar climbing out the window. I loved this book and really want to find it.
