Monsters & Pirates cassette audiobook??

I'm trying to locate a double audiobook I borrowed repeatedly from the library when I was younger - one cassette was about monsters and ghosts, the other about pirates. They had sound effects, songs, true tales and a male narrator. I remember the monsters one best - there were sections on Bigfoot (stomping sound effects), aliens ('chipmunk' voice effects), the Loch Ness Monster, and werewolves (lots of growling and slurping). I think they were based on books by Usborne but I can't find anything at all. Can anyone help?? Thanks!!

I don't know about the cassette but maybe this is the story?

The Pirate book was next in the list on the Usbourne website and each come with a CD nowadays.
