suggest a tattooist

hi can anyone in or around the Manchester area or Bolton ,suggest a tattooist who is very good at doing a small facial portrait, i really want one of my younger brother who'm passed away 3 months ago with some small text detail, as its a big commitment i want some one who comes recommended.
