Trying to find the name of the photographer whose work appeared in the April 10 2005 edition of the magazine. I think it related to an international competition in which the photographer had been shortlisted. The black & white image was of a naked couple - slighly blurred - standing in a squalid room and conveyed an air of mystery and intense emotion. Details of the photographer and/or the competition would be appreciated.

By chance I have this magazine in my handbag!  The photographer is called Harry Benson.  Photographs were taken from Harry Benson's America published on April 22 by Abrams for 24.95.  I can't find a photo in the magazine that looks like the one you have described though... The photos are mainly of celebrities in the 1960s onward.  They are all black and white.
