That's what I hate about the art world, when established artists create new work the art world expects everyone to sing its praises when clearly it's a load of old donkey dung. All art work created is subjective so each to their own tastes.

lol Marty! The thing is; as they were done on an iPad, are we supposed to take that into account and say it's marvellous when you think it was done on an iPad? To me, it doesn't matter how the image is made, all that counts is how good it is. There are handicapped artists who paint with a brush held in their mouths, the last thing they would want to hear would be "It's very good for someone without the use of their hands".
He,s just been on country file and all the pictures he,s created using an iPad were shown enlarged to poster size or bigger for an exhibition.Have to say that I,ve gone from being totally unimpressed to really liking them, they look completely different, very vibrant and colourful. It,s nothing to do with them being created on an iPad...well, not for me anyway. It,s his use of colour that I like.
