how do you make scoubidous

They are a really big craze at my school. You make them by getting two scoubies, fold them in half to find their centres. Tie a knot leaving loops at the top large enough for you to attach accessories (if you want). Make a loop with just one strand and tie the second strand around ( i think...im reading off a website.) thats the knots.

You can do two different types of tying. One is square. To do this get one colour and make a loop to its opposite side, do the same with the other same coloured string. Then, with your other colour, go over one loop and through the other, repeat with the other same coloured string. then take one colour and another (they have to be one of each, eg- take a red and white with both hands...if you get my meaning...) and pull tightly, you should have made a square shape. Continue until you run out of string, = )

The other is circular. To do this, tie a basic knot, get one colour string, and make a loop over the next one to it, (YOU MUST KEEP THE SAME COLOUR START!!!) then, tie a loop from the second string (which the first one looped over) and loop over the third string, do this a last time. With the remaining string, thread it through the first loop you made (it should be a different colour to the one you are going to thread)
