Looking for a children's book about a child who goes shopping with grandmother to buy gingerbread to make a parkin pig.
Not much to go on but does it ring any bells with anyone?

This might be from Jill McDonald's Counting on an Elephant. I'm basing this only on a comment on a Flickr photo. http://www.flickr.com...s/fidalix/1909010451/ You could see if the illustrations look right to him. It seems to be hard to find. Unfortunately, it's a Picture Puffin from 1975 and people collect these.
