Terms of Redundancy / Retirement.

My employers are making me redundant and my pension is being paid immediately as I am now 58.
I have not been on very good terms with my immediate manager since he joined the department.
He seems to be upset I have a bigger house and car as a result of being pensioned off from a previous job.
I know my combined pension / salary is more than he was getting as a full salary.
In my redundancy letter my employers have stated I must not come on the company premises again and have no contact with any other employees of the company except for dealing with pension issues. Consideration £100.
I have asked what this means and I have been advised that the company is paying me an extra £100 to comply with those conditions.
I am happy about not coming onto the company premises again.
If however one of my granddaughters married an employee of the company in future would I not be able to have contact with him?.
Also I go to the pub occasionally and often do not ask people where they work before having a conversation with them.
Will this mean I will have to ask where people work before holding a conversation with them in future?.

For company premises read their building, not the pub, not the employee and not anywhere or anything else
