Portreath Drawing - Laurence Binyon The Fallen Poem
2 Answers
Have posted on CB today for Remembrance.
Posting here for those that didn't view the drawing as I worded that thread title as to the Fallen.
The Pepperpot, an old marker lighthouse at Portreath to guide the ships in to the harbour past the reef and jagged rocks under water, was one of the locations at which Laurence Binyon composed his famous poem "To the Fallen".
Not one of my very best but poignant as to the story.
