Who is your favourite English author, poet, playwright or artist?

Happy St. George's Day Ed....couldn't play your thingy....shame because I love Shakespeare.....Authors and other poets...I can't choose...you have too many but an artist? Has to be Grayson Perry....Love his work and that in this country you can still be different and admired.

Favourite English author is probably Thomas Hardy. Can't get more English than that

Love Hardy...OH once took me to see Hardy's memorial as a surprise.....
