Question Author
If you mean genre... It's realistic fiction
Your first three look to me most promising for the general public taste.
Storyline is....? It's important that your title ties up with the storyline and characters.
I shouldn't use "if", if I were you. This refers to an ancient war between Athens and Sparta. "Fly" might make people think about the film "The Fly"
As opposed to unrealistic fiction (?).
depends... first, which most clearly reflects the content? Second, who do you want to appeal to?
What, exactly, is realistic fiction? It sounds very much like an oxymoron!
Sorry to be rude, but i think all those titles sound a bit pretentious....
How about Urban ?
8. Sinner Man
How about "None of the above"
what you think is most apropos for your theme and characters.
Any title you select is likely to be only temporary. Your publisher will put a title to it which is most likely to help sales of the book. Trust the publisher's judgement - he will know the market.
This is becoming fascinating. If we get a good result, and if we know what we are discussing, we may end up with a booker prize winner!

Now if it was the sex-er prize, I may stand a chance. Hard though......
Mariposa county is in California, is there a connection? I like this name, it is enigmatic and unusual so would arouse interest. It would need to be connected with the story in some way though.
I Am...
Mariposa is Spanish for butterfly
Without a synopsis of the book, one cannot suggest a title for it. Although, saying that, you could look within your own work for an inspiring title - it could be the name of the protagonist.
