Black Paint

I'm looking for a water based, black matt paint to paint some exterior cladding and can't seem to find anything. Its all wood stain or satin/gloss. I want to use matt and have used one called International in the past but can't find a stockist now. Can anyone recommend anything that covers well and stands up to the weather?
