Title of Greek Myth?

Can anyone tell me the title of the greek myth about a mournful man who goes to Hades to try and ressurect his dead wife? I think a characters a musician who refuses to play his flute tothe kings untill his wife is brought back from the dead.

yep it could be orpheous. his wife was kidnapped and the only way he could bring her back from hades (this is usually impossible) was if he played his music whilst luring his wife from the underworld. he was not allowed to look back to check if she was following. sadly orpheus did look back and his wife vanished back to Hafdes forever.
