Help Please; I Cant Remember The Name Of A Book Author And Want To Look For More Of Her Books.

the story is based around a female sheriff in an amish town. she grew up amish but when a man attempted to rape her she shot and killed him. her father and brother get rid of the body and it is never spoken of again. many years later women in the town are being raped and brutally murdered so the sheriff begins to wonder if the man she shot was really dead or back in the town preying on its women. she goes on to solve the murders with help from an f.b.i agent that drinks to much and is about to lose his job.
i really enjoyed reading this book and would love to read more of the authors work but cannot remember her name or the books title. i hope someone from the answerbank will know. thanks in advance.
