What's The Name Of This Book?

I read this book quite a while back,and would love to read it again but I have forgotten what it is called! So I will describe what I can remember and hope one of you knows what it's called, a girl I think her name is Emma,she lives with her as she assumes parents when she is on the computer and finds a missing girl;which she thinks is her but has a different name in the end she finds out she was adopted,and looks for her real mother she goes to where her mother lives with her friend and they find her but it isn't her she kidnapped her and sold her but in the end she finds her real parents?

No offense meant but I found the description hard to follow. As example you only mention Emma but, "lives with her", who does ? You may wish to tidy the description up a little ?
