Maybe I should have mentioned that a couple of the titles are "She's come undone" and "I know this much is true".

I read "I Know This Much Is True" a couple of years ago and thought it was excellent, kept me gripped. I keep meaning to get his other one...

I think I preferred 'She's come undone' although was unexpectedly and totally absorbed by both.

I think that they might be his only 2 novels but I am about to start a collection of stories that he has published. They are all written by female prisoners in an American jail and I believe he was involved in some type of literacy programme with them.
