I was convinced that she had died too - obviously not.

I thought that she had only written the one book and had denied there being a second one.

It will certainly be a bestseller and, more importantly, a great read) ( that ghastly shades of puke book was also a bestseller - but I don't know anyone who actually bought or read it).

No question. it's always been an enigma that she produced no other literary works.
However, it seems she had written this - in fact, before Mockingbird - and thought it was lost, until a friend turned it up.

It will be a best seller but I won't be buying it. I hated To Kill A Mockingbird, it was one of the most boring books I've ever read.

Apparently []i To Kill a Mocking Bird [i] was created from re-worked flash-backs from this novel.

I do hope it doesn't flop - it would be such a sad stain on her reputation.

Like everyone, I just assumed she had died many years ago. It'll be interesting to see her work after all these years. Whether it's good or bad, one thing is pretty sure... it'll be a best seller. Well done to her.

Not for me .never knew much about harper or seen photo so for years thought the writer was a man .
