Boris Johnson has been moaning about the pollution from Derv Cars / Taxi's / Buses / HGVs in the Cap ital ( Big Deal) I have an answer to these moaners that hate the HGVs in the City, "BAN THEM COMPLETLY" I wod also suggest the haulage company's that have Delivery's in the City to have the Balls & say, enough is enough, you are intending to charge a further £3.50 for the pollution, well feck you, our limit of entrance to your fine City stops at Watford, build an estate for us to deliver to that would suit us fine, but also tell the company's we deliver to that your products MAY be here, with luck, this week / next week, that will cure your pollution problem, are they going to start taxing the vast amount of the public that breath air from the City, they produce Gas, the public that is, every one of them fart is that not pollution? what about using you PETROL USING CARS that you use from No 10 to the H.P. can you not walk you lazy gits, get your MPs Bikes at least Boris does this, It has been said that there is more petrol cars in the City that Diesel Engines so what machine is causing the most pollution? again & again they are kicking the Motorist, have we any members on here from France / Paris / anywhere in Europe that have the same policies like " KICK THE MOTORIST" It's not a 7.55am rant as some may think, but sick of the way the Vital supply Deliveries / Taxies / Buses are getting kicked by some whilst the people that cause the pollution is the likes of BP/ Shell / Total / that manufacture the product, will they next think about taxing the bread makers for making us fart & polluting the Earth, Pewwwwwwwww.

If only we could ban the moaners. Unfortunately that is probably against their human rights.
Seems to me that if there is a valid justification for phasing out a particular vehicle fuel then this could be done in much better ways that being so confrontational. Give folk an incentive to sell/push the preferred fuelled vehicle and the situation gradually changes over the years with no one disadvantaged.
