The full title is Fortuna Imperatrix Mundi' (sp?).

It means 'Fortune, Empress of the World'. Carmina Burana is a secular piece opera. Composer Carl Orff was interested in German poetry from the Middle Ages, and as such his work was praised by the nazis, though Orff himself professed to be involved in the German resistance - no direct evidence to substantiate this however. The lyrics essentially say 'we are all at the mercy of random fate.

The following gives the lyrics with an English translation.
