what a b**s up , there should be manslaughter charges brought against the organisers when you read what a shambles it was, they even ran out of water at checkpoints, helicopters which they had should have carried water supplies to the checkpoints, it make my blood boil !!!

Where Was plan B when plan A went t..ts up.yes training exercise where lots of tragic accidents occur. All very sad and tragic. Mountain and Artic warfare troops have lost professional fully trained troops in cliff abseiling exercises.Risks are nature of the beast In the military and exercises will always go sometimes wrong and yes lessons Will always have to be learnt includIng thinking on your feet to minimise tragedies like this.
