I used to live in Midhurst and nearby Petworth.

I'm going to get slated but I feel it is a little one dimensional, the perspective seems a notch out to my eye.

I agree that it's flat but that is the street...the perspective is on, there are quite a few vagaries to the drawing, settling of the building etc that beset structures of the age, esp around window 4 from the left and also the roof.....
