For more on marking an answer as the "Best Answer", please visit our FAQ.Maybe the pessimists are now realising not much is going to change after all for quite some time- it's very early days and for some negative things there are some positive things - eg falling pound helping exporters and the Bof E further monetary easing measures have helped mitigate some of the negatives. Whatever happens it'll never be easy to say what would have happened without the Brexit result.

Remainers are back peddling like crazy with sayings such as 'we haven't left yet so it could still all go tits up' or 'we don't know that it would have been better if we voted to stay'. What a shocker.

Our PMs words seem to me to be mearly stating a deal can be done. She has not actually said what are (to quote others words) red lines in the sand.
